has anyone ever had any problems tanning for the FIRST time in a salon ?
&&
if tanning bed is a bad idea, then how long should someone consider to sunbath for, to get a nice natural tan in a day, aswell as how many times a week ?
Answer: You will not have any problems if you take it slow. Remember tanning isn’t a race. If you have never tanned before only go 3-4 minutes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so you’ve days off between. At the end of the week as long as you do not burn you can increase your time by 2-3 minues until you reach the 20 min max. Remember tanning the the bodys way of protecting itself from burning while outside so if at anytime you burn don’t tan again until the burn is completly gone. Also keep your skin moist, moist sking tans faster than dry. Happy Tanning;-)
Answer: First off all, I’m not one for burnt and unhealthy skin.
But if you really want to fall into the pit of the typical dumb American teen, I will inform you that tanning for the first time at a salon won't get you anywhere. It takes about 3 visits before you start to prune into the likes of skin cancer.
Did you know that ONE trip to the tanning salon for 25 mintues equals TEN HOURS of sun damage?!?! Beauty is painful, isn't it?
If you want a healthy glow, use a lotion that has a small hint of self-tanner.
Answer: i have NO problem tanning as a matter of fact i was tanning yesterday
Answer: I had no problems my first time. Just dont over-tan. If you want to lay out, it all depends on where you live. Where I live, two hours a day, seven days a week will get you about as much sun as five minutes in a tanning bed. I know down in Florida you can get burnt in about fifteen minutes.
