You ultimately want to get those pores clean and free of debris skin experts say…
I don't believe in over scrubbing blemishes… I think it can make it worse sometimes. I would start with using a mild cleaner without fragrance… I used to use Ivory when I was young but it dried my skin but no pimples.
My sister told me about the product phisoderm

I say if you have acne type pimples go to a dermatologist and get a low dose prescription to knock the annoying growth out possibly before they make permanent scars?
I DON'T clean my face all the time and I don't get pimples and my skin looks a lot younger than other women my age… I am just careful not to aggravate my skin with any kind of soap…which by following CeCe's link told me might be kind of sensitive but I always thought it was T zone… skin!!!grrr good luck “)
Answer: Cetaphil is the cleanser I was trying to think of for sensitive skin. It has no additives that can upset it.

Answer: It's a matter of cleaning your face PROPERLY each day that’ll get rid of your pimples. If you do it wrong, irritate the skin with too harsh of products, or exfoliate too often or not enough, that will increase the likelihood of getting pimples. First you need to find out your skin type, and then get the products made for your type, and then religiously follow a skin care regimen designed for you.
