even when I used face wash. Is there anything I can do?
Drinking water only can not solve the problem…
You need a more thorough treatment. I suggest you begin with these steps:
1. Avoid oil-based products such as facial lotions, wash and cosmetics. Look for products that are “non-comedogenic,” it means it will not clog your pores.
2. Don’t wear tight headband, baseball hat, and/or helmet when you exercise or play sports, and make sure you wash the sweat-soaked things each time you wear them.
3. Keep the skin hydrated and moist so your cells can function properly. Moisturize your face with mild, non-comedogenic Moisturizers to keep it hydrated. Moisturizing is a necessity. Again, the product with the least amount of chemical additives is the best. Always use a light Moisturizer on your face after cleansing.
4. Cleanse your pores with an alcohol-free Toner or skin conditioner on cotton balls. Do not try to Scrub harshly or you will strip and damage your skin. Even after rinsing your face, if you do not remove the remainder of Cleanser and loosened debris residues, you’re only going to imbed that debris deeper into the pores as you layer serums and Moisturizers on top. The absolute ideal way to perform this deep pore cleansing is with an alcohol-free Toner or skin conditioner on cotton balls. There's no need to harm your skin by vigorous Scrubbing or harsh acids, simply wipe with Toner damp cotton balls until the last cotton comes away perfectly white.
5. Astringents, Salicylic Acid, retinoic acids, and glycolic acids all work to prevent pores from clogging. Be aware of some active ingredients like benzoyl peroxide, these ingredients can cause major side effects.
For better results, I suggest you also fight your Acne from inside, because hormonal problems could also be the worst cause of Acne. And for this kind of treatment, please select safe ingredients… herbals are the ideal.
Good luck!
Something is poisonous to your body and this is the way that the body rids itself of the poisons. Now poison might sound a little dramatic and over the top but that is exactly what it is.
What ever you’re eating is having a volatile affect on your body and it is producing toxins that have to be ejected. The usual methods are not working fast enough to rid the body of these poisons. The usual methods are urine, sweat, and bowel movements but still with all these three means of digesting and purifying the body there is something wrong with the foods you’re eating.
You can treat the symptoms with over the counter medications or prescribed medications but any good dermatologist will find the source of your problem by eliminating foodstuff that are common to “you” until he/she finds what is causing the outbreaks. Then the doctor will tell you, don't eat processed foods, or high fructose corn syrup, or it might be pasta and wheat's. We don't know. But for sure it is your diet.
You will have to change your diet and stick to it. Other wise the problem with your face breaking out will only remain.
Then again … it could be your cell phone. The nickel in the pad could be the reason for the outbreaks, perhaps it's something else you have not ingested but are exposed to.
I would suggest you look to your diet first, then other sources.
however my friend has the ideal skin ever and she uses dial HAND soap so go figure (:
