I envision it's incredibly painful.

I would never do it. Not in my life, but if it's something your interesed in and think you can handle, i'd say go for it.

I just don't see the point. Like with a piercing or a tattoo you’ve the satisfaction of seeing it whenever you want to. with suspension, you pay for it and get it done and thats it. seems like a waste of money and pain.
