Maybe if she has a lot of odd and “different” peircings, but not tattoos. It depends who it is really, I would think of it on an individual basis.

I personally know people that don't even have their EARS pierced and have “intimate” piercings. Theres people with tons of tattoos and none.

I personally have 3 tattoos and 10 piercings and I guess 2 are, if you count nipples as “intimate”.

No, why would one think that? My girlfriend has couple tatts and no “intimate” piercings, nor any desire to get any. Most girls I know that have tatts don't have “intimate” piercings, maybe a pierced tongue or labret piercing, but no “intimate” ones.
