I want to get a tattoo of a spine going down my spine (itll be my second tat.)
but do any of you know how much it will cost (roughly atleast because i KNOW each shop is different.)
thanks in advanced
p.s.- its going to be pretty detailed… and hopefully pretty morbid lol
Answer: If its going to be really detailed, like almost realistic looking, and done by someone with the skill to make it look good, then you’re probably looking at $2,000+.
It’s a neat idea though. If it were me getting it, I’d even have them add in where the ribs connect to the spin and have them fade away as they start to get about 3” away from the spine.
Good luck and happy inking!

Ps.
The price I mentioned is if you were to be getting it done in the Dallas, TX area where I’m. Obviously different regions are going to cost differently. Best to just shop artists. Ask them what they would charge, and ALWAYS get a sampling of what they think it is you want.
Answer: you cant tell i have a devil on my arm that was $400 and took 8 hours at another shop i got a reaper same size for $250 it only took 2.5 hours the devil is ten time's more detailed and done by a way superior artiest but yet coast less (hour wise)
Answer: It's going to cost…real money.
Around $600 - to - $1500…
Probably even more…
It is being done directly over bone
so it will be painful and take longer
You will need more than one session
and plenty of breaks…Speak to your
artist about everything…The aftercare
is not the easiest…You may need
some help with that…
Answer: One of the all time worst tattoo ideas.
Answer: No possible way to answer this. Roughly? I don't know, $100-1000+? It really depends on the shop and what you're getting.
