how do i take a shower to remove everything off of me, like dirt? is drying my clothes on 30 min. high heat good? then coming out of the shower and putting them on? i only have trader joe's shampoo, is that alright? i have some bar soap or / bottle antibacterial soap, which should i use? any quick ways? i have a huge forhead, should i put my hair down and sideways or what? how do i override my kind of bad teeth? can i shave and then hop in?
