I’ve mild acne, and I really want to get rid of it. I know how to get rid of it, but it's just that I can't stop popping or picking, so it never goes away. How do I stop getting tempted?

I had your problem except i ddint really pick it much. I use to always worry about it because i use to have flawless skin and then puberty hit me. So dont worry about that much like i did- it was the biggest. The first adivice i would is drink a lot of water. 8-10 cups a day. 2nd of all dont try a ton of products and homemade remidies because they make it much worse. Dont pick your skin but instead put a spot tratment- use Clean and Clear persagel gel. Works well. and last thing is for ur cleanser use something gentle like cetaphil.

well try to get out of the habit of touching you face at all. also, if you keep yourself busy you should forget you even have ance at the moment!

tips: use a face scrub in the shower and a cleansing pad the opposite time that you shower. p.s. i like the clearasil cleanser.
