I got my tattoo a week ago today on my ankle.

I hopped in the shower, and was trying my tattoo (gently of course) by patting it after I got out basically all of the Peeling came off. It had been Peeling it for 3 days, and it took no effort for the rest of the Peeling to come off.

I don't know if that is considered scabbing? Was I picking at it? I didn't “pick” anything off, it all just Peeled effortlessly.

The colors look great and overall its good, just still a bit swollen and red.

Is it gonna be okay?

It'll be fine. Everyone heals at different rates. I have two sparrows on my chest which are very colorful and it really freaked my out when huge chunks of it started to come off in the shower. It's perfectly normal and as long as it still looks great and none of the colors are fading then your should be fine. Just keep moisturizing it.

I agree, it sounds pretty normal. The skin will come off on it's own, sometimes in small pieces and sometimes in more massive ones.

The ankle heals a little slower than other areas, being near an extremity and so low on the body. Without seeing a picture it's hard to state for sure, but I would be pretty surprised if there are/will be any problems.

some tattoos heal faster than others, if the tattoo looks great and the colors stayed in and is still bright then you are A-OK!
