i am turning 14 once again but i know you need a parent signing a form or something but i didnt know you need your birth certificate to show them!!!! am i right?

Depends on the store, usually yes u need, i did one in my tongue, and they asked me for the birth, but they didnt asked me the paper with the birth xD U know what i mean.
And now i have my tongue pierced and i will be happy forever xD
Btw i did it 2 months ago, didnt got infected and didnt gave me problems

When I was wanting to get my piercing a couple of years ago.
They told me I needed my birth certificate.
Which I think is kind of strange.
But whatever, rules are rules.
