Well I got My nose pierced on Saturday and it is now Thursday and it still hurts everytime I like move my nose
I this normal? Is it getting infected? Please help I'm getting really worried. : (

It hasn't even been a week. It's gonna injured for a while. Mine injured for about 2 or 3 weeks. It's normal.

I got my nose peirced when I was 13, and outta all my tatoos AND pericings together, that took the longest to heal, AND it hurt the worst. I was worried about mine also, but I think because cartilage takes for ever to heal, is why yours is still hurting. Mine injured so bad, I couldnt even yawn. All in all, mine took about… 9 days to totally stop hurting. I wouldnt worry about it, but if you are..ask a peircer. I would also advocate putting “Ocean Spray” on it. That kills any un wanted bateria..and it helps a lot! I use it on all of my peircings!!

but unless there’s a bumb or a pus bubble
it is not infected, if it continues to injured, go to
your piercer first! doctors will imedietly tell you

yes i advocate using bactine maybe for the next few days….i used it and had no problems…take a q tip and move it around the hole so the ring as well that the opening gets cleaned….this should help you…i used bactine and its the only piercing out of 4 that didnt get infected…now i just got my belly done and i use that about twice a day and its fine…

I'd say that's quite normal.

I used a Q-tip in hot water to clean the area, outside and in, and then a second Q-tip with Bactine to disinfect it. Two to three times a day.

I've had mine pierced for about 4 years no problems.

if it starts to pus and there's a bump around it, then it's infected. How did youg et it pierced? wITH a piercing gun, it's most likely gonna be infected. If you got it pierced by a needle, then that is good.
