I used sunbeds for a while, i now can’t use a sunbed ever again, and since my 20s im not even able to be out in the sun without protection on, and holidays they are great sitting in the shade all day. why? because I had malignant melanoma yes skin cancer from using sunbeds, and i was lucky it was caught in time, one of my work mates lost her hubby to it (he was late 20s) and yes they’d a child. sounds so silly doesnt it…………risking your life for ……a tan! and I was one of those “it would happen to me”

bed, and its safe, but
don't go in for too long,
wear those goggles they
give you, and use sun
tan lotion.
