Hanging around the tattoo category?
You're not going to change us.
So quit saying things like:
“What are you going to do with that tattoo when you get old?”
So that I don't have to state things like:
“Uh, nothing! I'm just going to get old and still be a tattooed badass!”
Crazies.
Answer: I think those people are just bored and want attention or it could be they’re just that ignorant. Look at how many people can't comprehend your question.
It is very aggravating and annoying much like the “What do guys/girls consider girls/guys with tattoos? questions.
Answer: Everybody is entitled to their thoughts. They can state what they want, and you can always ignore if it isn't what you want to hear.
If you want to have a tattoo, go for it. If not, then don't. You’re not hurting anyone by having a tattoo on yourself. Some people are more expressive than others, and might have a tattoo or two for certain personal reasons, or 'just because'.
I concur that people should not judge another person badly because that person has a tattoo. I know of a couple of college professors who have tattoos, but they’re not bad people; and several of my family members and friends also have tattoos. Just be yourself!
Answer: I agree absolutely. I'm so fatigued of seeing people respond with, oh that's gross, you'll regret it when you're older. My tattoos are memorial tattoos. The only thing that's not is on my thigh, and I’ve the date my husband and I got married in roman numerals. People call my silly for that, but no one ever sees it and it's small, so should something ever happen to my marriage, I'll cover it up. I've thought about ever tattoo that I’ve for at least a year or more. I think that the anti tattoo people should find some other section to be in.
Answer: Argh I hate that & the only ppl that do are ppl that don't have any. I don't think they realize the emotional connection you get with a tattoo. It's weird but you really do get attached to it because its part of you.
I also think that's why ppl with tattoos get so offend when ppl say bad things about them.
Answer: Seriously, people need to halt worrying about everyone else and just let everyone else live their own lives. If you don't like tatoos, great, thats fine with me and thats your opinion. But, you don't need to be going around tell US how bad tattoos are blah blah blah. :]
Answer: Its religion again,
Load of **** in my opinion lol.
ahh its so fun to go onto their turf and piss them off after they've been here ^_^
Supposedly i have to be saved,
And i'm going to hell because of my tattoos and i should have them removed. ¬_¬
ha
Answer: Because they're most likely the type of people who ALWAYS believe that their view is correct and they feel the need to inflict in on the rest of us, so they go answering questions ignorantly because they feel we really wanna hear their crap, when we don't in the slightest.
Answer: I agree. It's my body, my choice, get over it or shut up about it. It's nearly 2009! Times are changing people. I am a firefighter that saves lives for a living, I'm fully tattooed, nobody seems to have a problem when I'm saving their life.
Answer: haha
its because they’ve no life
and i love your answer to
“what are you going to do with that tatoo when you get old?”
badass for life
Answer: Your obviously dumb because your question makes no sense which is also why you have tattoos
Answer:
i concur with tattoos
i don't think other people should worry about if u tattoo yourself
because its u if u wanna do that than u can
Answer: some ppl are against tattoos because they say its not the way god made us, and they say that god made us pure and weren’t supposed to mark ourselves
Answer: Cathlics and some other religions believe that your body is a temple for God. The dont want you to ruin it.
Answer: i noticed that,so now i go to the religious section and ask supid questions to annoy them.
Answer: AGREED!!
Answer: Thats if yu don't die of Hep c before you get old, lol
Answer: IDK… It's something about how a tattoo is on you forever………
But Can't you take it out? O.0
Answer: Good question. Why do they care?
Answer: idk i have mine im 15 and i love it its wat u like dont let anyone stop u
Answer: defaces your body. but meh do what you like. im not to judge.
Answer: I know right they should leave us alone. This is our category they need to stay out of it.
Answer: what chu talkin' 'bout Willis?!
Answer: I don't hang round the tattoo category. The question header appeared on the main question page, and I wanted to see what the question actually was. The point is that there are other ways to become aware of questions than by hanging around a category.
As for your second question: It isn’t always obvious. Has it occurred to you that some people are against tattoos because they *do* have experience with them? (Note that I stated “some”, not “all”.)
Now, who do you want to answer your question? Your question isn’t directed at people like me who stumbled across the question. If you want people who like tattoos to answer, you are essentially asking them to imagine the thought process of people who do not think as they do. You’re asking them to be judgmental. So, the only people who should properly answer the question are the people you don't like and disagree with. That’s, those you called “crazies.” Since this seems to be the case, would it be fair for me to conclude that you are not really asking a question, but have another purpose?
(Edited substantially about 5 hours after original post.)
Answer: Remember when you were a tiny kid and and everyone would be drawing or coloring on their hands? And their mothers would get mad at them because they were going to get ink poisoning?
Well, tattoos are basically ink poisoning on a much more massive scale. Sure, it looks great now, and you may think “Oh, well I'm still going to look this cool when I get older.” Yeah. Just wait till you turn 60 and your skin begins to sag and makes the tattoo look deformed and melted.
I'm not saying you shouldn't have tattoos, I'm just telling you the truth, nothing biased. And honestly, in my thought, you call people who think tattoos are wrong crazies? I think it's the other way around.
