Hey,

I talked to the artist and he stated it would be “under 80,” so how much should I tip? Is there a percentage rate for tattoo tips? :) Thanks soooo much!

Take care!

Answer:
Use a standard tipping criteria (10-20%) but always feel free to tip more if you want, especially if you think you might go back to that artist in the future. More ostentatious tips will help them remember you later. ^_-

honestly….I don't comprehend why it's so hard

this is something only you can decide

you should tip however much you see fit

if you don't enjoy the process, you shouldn't tip well

if the artist is helpful, pleasant, and does a great job…..you should probably tip him/her well

Answer:
I actually had this question too. But I was told by several people, that since they decide how much it should go for, that if they wanted too they could include the tip. Therefore, I didn't tip.

Answer:
i've tipped $20 for each tattoo i've gotten (all $80 or less)

the artist seems to be happy with it and its not that massive of a deal.

10-20 would be good

Answer:
Why wouldn't you tip? You should give him between $10-$20, its not that difficult.

Answer:
About $12,but if he is very nice, does a great job, then give him more. But in general about 15% is usually what you tip.
