just asking as my roommate wears nothing but high stiletto pumps and boots. i just started a job where i would like to wear my stilettos. i'm 22 and my roommate just turned 23. the thing is that my roommate is already getting a bunion and already has corns. so i need tips. i luv stilettos but i dont want to have my feet get like my roommates.
how often do you wear your high heels, and do you suffer from probs like my roommate, like corns or bunions and stuff? how do you manage all day at work or shopping in your heels?
Answer: I wear heel everyday at work 8 hours or more a day because I'm in an office. I have never had bunions or corns though. I get pedicure regularly so that is probably why. Just make sure that they are comfy and that you have insoles inside and you should be fine. You’ll get used to wearing them over time
Answer: 22 now, 32 then 42, be care full, youth is a short lived thing. comfortable shoes will keep your feet and legs looking young. I work with a girl who has a 12 and 15 year old kids. She never sunned herself or abused herself. At first I thought she was about 23, has a perfect body and recently complained to me about having to show ID to a instructor at a parent instructor conference to convince the teacher that she wasn't a sister posing as a parent.
I guess what I'm trying to state is do what's right now for your body and in the end it will pay off. Hind site is 20/20?
Answer: I wear them each Sunday for Church. Wearing stilettos and pumps each day can really do something to your feet. Even though they look great, what's actually in the shoes doesn't look great when you take them out. ( your feet) So try to only wear them a couple days a week to give your feet and calves a break. When you're not wearing high heels, wear some really comfy tennys or something comfortable.
Answer: I wear them everyday for the most part, not always on the weekends though. I sometimes get blisters depending on what I'm doing, like if I’ve to walk a lot or dancing. I find if you soak them and use a pumas stone (I think that's how it's spelled, lol) to get the bad patches it helps. Also, my roommate uses that pedegg thing. Loves it! Good luck!
Answer: I wear them everyday. I have extremely high arches, and get feet-aches in flat shoes.
Allowed, my feet can get sore walking around the mall all day…so I wear nice insoles when doing a lot of walking.
I don't have corns or bunions..but when I'm sitting down, I always kick off my shoes. I also take care of my feet. Massages, lotion, etc.
Answer: Only wen I gotta and feel comfortable..I rather wear sneakers then high heels..u can't do anythin in heels..so I don't suffer from corns or bunions..I gotta wear heels 2 school though(professional dress code) but were sittin so its not that bad n I'd never wear heels 2 go shoppin..it will cut it short 4 me..(Btw m 20) if that makes a difference..
Answer: I just have always wore heels. I’ve never got bunions or corns. I think it is just how your feet are. Maybe if you get a pedicure each now and then it will help to not get them…
Answer: I always wear heels. The ideal way to avoid corns and bunions is to practice proper foot hygiene. For some reason a lot of people fail to take care of they're feet.
Answer: never , ever they’re from hell. men must have invented them lol. ( sorry guys ) you just cant wear heels and chase 5 kids around.. then again if i DID wear hells. but that's another subject!
Answer: I love women in high heels and its astonishing how they walk in high heels!
Answer: Never. I don't even play “dress up” at home.
Answer: only on the weekends.
