My ideal friend and I have been close for years and we've decided that we're going to get a tattoo together. Don't worry, it's not going to be something stupid like “Best friends forever” or something that we may regret. We thought about just getting my favorite flower (a daisy) and her favorite flower (a daffodil) with the stems intertwined. The daisy would probably be a traditional white and the daffodil would be yellow. We're also thinking of asking our tattoo artist(s) to include our initials (my initials on her tattoo and her initials on mine) within the tattoo discretely, so discrete that we would have to point them out to people. What do you think of this idea?

and like since the initials will be descrete…if for some reason you dont be friends anymore (dont think thatll will actually happen) it doesnt matter with your tatoo that much.

Nice idea, I like it, but you should take into consideration that white and yellow are the quickest to fade, might disappear in 6 -9 months. You could do it, but you should vow to protect those light colors for the rest of your life. You could plan on meeting each 5 years and getting a touch up!

You should speak to your tattoo artist about this. placement and exposure make all the difference (and good quality ink)
