Anywhere tatto shops or even your local claires or icing store. Anywhere that sells earings. Its not a tough spot so anyone does it. As far as in your bedroom i would have to go with a massive no on that one!!!

Check online in your area for tattoo shops. Most tattoo shops seem to have tattoo and body piercing. You'll need to go to a body piercing place because you can't pierce cartilage with a regular piercing gun….well, you shouldn't anyway. You need to have it done with a needle, the gun with “shatter” the cartilage and causes a lot of pain/scaring.
