I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my inner right wrist. I like the whole hope, love, faith, believe..but i feel like everybody has those words, especially on their wrists. I want something in cursive and just one word. Mayyyybe two. I was thinking of something like beautiful, or something with beauty or inner beauty, but I know if i got those words everyone will think I'm stuck up, and I'm not. Lol. I just want something that I could look at my tattoo on bad or even good days and keep my head high. Help! Haha. Thankssss.

Ok, so I've read a lot of comments of people saying that you’re not ready, wait, etc. I agree, but only to a certain extent. To be honest, it is so rare to find people that are actually happy with their tattoos and never had a doubt. Personally, I think you do what you want to, yeah you may regret it years down the road but it was what you wanted at the time, make sure you know that you can't blame anyone but yourself for what you decided to do. As long as you can accept that, get the damn tattoo. Life's too short to be waiting around for things. And I think you’ll be OK as long as you don't tattoo something ridiculous on yourself that would make you want to kill yourself down the road.

And as easy as it sounds, “happiness” in chinese or cursive on your wrist will DEFINITELY remind you to stay happy. LOL. I mean, don't over think, make it simple. Goodluck sweetie and enjoy your tats! ^^

Hey I’ve a tattoo on my wrist but im not sure your ready for a tattoo, you seem to have the whole prospect on having a tattoo wrong. In my eyes you are probably just going to get something you regret in 2 years. I have a tattoo on my wrist and its my dads name and the date and year he died in old english font. now that tattoo really means something to me. but if it said something stupid like beautiful . . . .. . now thats plain stupid unless it means something. I recommend you get a dictionary and find your magical word or find some thing that you really think means something.

My buddy has “No Lies” on one, and “Just Love” on the other. And I'm getting my dog's pawprints on mine, just downsized.
You need to find something that stands for something, not just a word on your skin to make you happy when you're down. I think you should wait until you really, really want a tattoo. I don't think you're ready for it.

Answer:
I think sometimes a picture is better than any word! You know what it means, and it doesnt look ridiculous in years to come!

I’ve a flower on my ankle, which symbolises particular friendships i have. maybe there is a symbol out there for you? a butterfly could go nicely to symbolise beauty, and im sure it could symbolise so much more!

Answer:
i have a tatoo on my wrist and i love it. it is a quote from tarzan “trust your heart and let fate decide” and i haven't regretted it once. it is something with meaning to it though. it was what my dad told me all the time when growing up and i got it in memory of him. think of something that makes you happy and put that on your wrist.
